We want you to be happy - if you change your mind or you're simply not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return for a store credit. Visit our returns portal for more information.

Shipping is for AU and NZ only.

Return Shipping costs.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Dylan Kain does not cover the cost of return shipping on sale items. 

WARRANTY

An item is classified as faulty if it is received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or damaged.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please reach out to outnet@dylankain.com with your order number, images showing the fault and a small description. 

Email us if you have any concerns and we will assess for repair, replacement or refund.
